PULASKI CO., Va. – Seniors in Pulaski County had a large alternative to be informed about their fitness choices all the way through the Pristine River Valley.
The Pulaski YMCA held their Senior Condition and Condition Pace to backup seniors within the county keep energetic and occupied.
On the tournament, there have been cubicles for fitness data, equipment in case of an catastrophe, or even some health actions for community.
“Oh my goodness I did the aging, the library, nutrition, Alzheimer’s, [and] stroke [booth],” mentioned Cynthia Goodrum, a Pulaski resident.
“It’s great because we just need to as a community come together and have that time together and know that we’ve got each other’s backs—especially with health issues,” mentioned Kimberly Knapp, yoga and Pilates trainer on the Pulaski YMCA.
They mentioned they plan to have this tournament each hour for seniors within the county.
